- We ship from metropolitan Adelaide (Australia), not from far-far away across the seven seas. Delivery times are those of Australia Post (< 1 week), NOT 10-30 days. If you think you’ve waited enough, tell us!
- Not happy with what you received? We are literally here (in Australia) to help! We will give you a replacement or refund, and you won’t have to wait forever for it.
