MooseGirl currently ships with Australia Post to everywhere in Australia. We typically manage to post out all goods within 24 hours of being ordered. Since we ship from Adelaide (and not from some obscure overseas location), you can expect to receive your order as quickly as Australia Post can deliver it. With our FREE standard shipping offer, this should take between 2-4 days (but can sometimes extend to a week for rural destinations), and with the optional Express shipping you ought to have it in your hands (or on your head) within a day or two. We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with the product, or if the product is faulty.
