MooseGirl is based in Adelaide, South Australia, which is currently in a strict 6-day lockdown after a Covid-19 outbreak. Unfortunately, this significantly hampers our ability to ship any orders to you. Express shipping will be temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any further delays and will do our absolute best to ensure your order is dealt with as soon as possible. Post Delays
While we’re packing and shipping as quickly as we always do, we have noticed that some of our customers are experiencing significant delays in receiving their parcels. We use Australia Post for shipping, and they are presently encountering some challenges due to the increased demand for online products. (See this Guardian article for some background.)
This is affecting both regular and express shipping. Express shipping is currently a 2-3 day wait for most of our customers, rather than the 1-2 days it used to be. Regular post may be delayed by a week. Your specific experience will depend on your location and could be better or worse. We sincerely apologise for the resultant agony of waiting and very much hope for some relief soon.

Scrolling Issues… Fixed!
Recently, the store page would not scroll back to the top when you selected a product. This meant that you frequently ended up looking at the bottom of the product description and needed to scroll back up, which was quite annoying and made browsing our store no fun at all! Fortunately, that’s fixed now. Sorry to everyone for the inconvenience caused.
